When will payments go live?
We're in soft launch mode while our payment provider verifies the business. Reserve any product now and we'll email you the moment checkout opens — you keep first-in-line pricing.
Can I use these commercially?
Yes. Unless the product page says otherwise, everything is licensed for commercial use — releases on Spotify/Apple Music, YouTube monetisation, client film and photo work. You may not resell the raw files themselves.
How is my order delivered?
Instantly by email as a signed download link, and also in your account under Purchases. Links are valid for 24 hours and you can generate fresh ones any time.
What if I can't open a file?
Email support@eadbeats.online with your order reference. We'll get you a working file or a full refund if we can't.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 7 days if you haven't downloaded the product yet. Once files are accessed, refunds are only issued for materially defective or misrepresented products. Full policy on the Refund Policy page.
Which formats do you deliver?
Audio: 24-bit WAV plus MIDI where relevant. Presets: native format for Serum, Vital, Kontakt, Pigments. LUTs: 33-point .cube plus Lightroom XMP where applicable.
